The measurement of battery tapped density is developed for increasingly miniaturized electronic devices. Miniaturized electronic devices will require miniaturized batteries, so the tapped density of batteries is too small to be suitable.

To be exact, it is the tapped density of electrode material used to make batteries. There is no concept of tapped density of battery. Take lithium iron phosphate as an example, the tapped density refers to the measured mass per unit volume of compacted powder after putting the lithium iron phosphate powder in a container under specified conditions.
