• Measure the tapping height(3mm or 14mm) with a ruler( LABULK 335 and AS-100 are equipped with height washers to save measuring time)
• Obtain calibrated cylinder(250mL or other volume) from qualified supplier
• Measure the length of the cylinder(only requirement for pharma)
• Set the count number and start tapping
• Count the tapping number using a stopwatch setting to 1 minute, check the allowed tap number error range as per specific international standard about tap density tester.
• Weigh the tapping device including the cylinder(only requirement for pharmaceuticals)
