Labulk-0323 Surface Active Agents Apparent Density Tester is used to measure the apparent density of formulated detergents such as surface active agents, washing powders. It completely meet ISO 697 Surface active agents – Washing powders – Determination of apparent density – Method by measuring the mass of a given volume. It included 2 funnels both Dia.40mm and Dia.60mm.

Principle
Determination of the mass of powder in a receiver of known dimensions, after filling with the sample form a funnel of specified shape under specified conditions.

Dear Sir,
Myself Mr. Vasant D H working as a QA Engineer in Hindalco Industries Belgaum. We are Largest Special Grade Alumina Producers(Alumina Powder) in India .
Our requirement is Bulk density meter (Stainless Steel Make) analysis which is done by Standrads of ASTM Method A and ISO R60.
As Our Product is Alumina powder both Milled and Coarse Scott Volumeter wont work for Milled Alumina powder as analytical variance may come.So we are Opting Bulk Density meter with ASTM D1895/ISO R60 methods.please feel free to suggest your view point.
At present we already have a Electrolab Tap Density Meter so NO requirement of tap density meter.
